WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) — A man was arrested weeks after an 18-year-old was injured in a shooting in Williamsburg in early November.

According to Williamsburg Police, they first got a call regarding shots fired near the intersection of Richmond Road and Ironbound Road around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6.

An 18-year-old man was sent to a local hospital with a non life-threatening gunshot wound.

Officers found spent shell casing in the surrounding area, but were unable to find a suspect at the time. Weeks later on Nov. 28, officers arrested Precise Mosley in connection to the shooting.

No other details in the case have been released.
