VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Something in the Water is having a prayer vigil presented by Virginia Beach Interdenominational Minister’s Conference.
The vigil is on Wednesday, April 26 at 4 p.m. at 17th Street Oceanfront Boardwalk.
In the event of rain, the vigil will be held on Thursday, April 27.
