PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – J&A Racing is committed to youth fitness and they have no bigger event with kids than the Shamrock Marathon Operation Smile Final Mile. What started 17 years ago as a pilot program with about 10 schools has grown to nearly 200 schools and close to 5000 student participants.
