PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – By now most are aware of the highly successful RnB Block Party that originated here in Hampton Roads. Now, a new festival, Cousinz, is spinning off from its success. Festival organizers, rapper, Pusha- T, Nathaniel “Fam-Lay” Johnson and Antonio Dowe joined us on The Hampton Roads to discuss the festival and line-up.
