NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to a fire early Friday morning.
Crews were called to the 900 block of Lena Street at 4:19 a.m. for the report a residential structure fire. When crews arrived on scene, they found smoke and flames coming from the front door in the first unit of a 4-unit ranch style apartment building.
