PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Thanksgiving is just two weeks away and many of us are making the menu and gathering food for the family, but that can be a challenge for many families in our area. The Open Door Food Pantry of Perquimans County is bringing hope and ensuring every table in northeast North Carolina has a Thanksgiving meal through the Gather and Give Fall Food drive.
