PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk’s Grand Illumination Parade takes place on the Saturday before Thanksgiving, bringing thousands of spectators to the streets of downtown to kick off the holiday season. This year marked the 38th annual Grand Illumination Parade and the theme was ‘Retro Wonderland.’ The Hampton Roads Show took part in the parade and gives you a behind the scenes and look at the parade route in this weeks Reck on the Road.
