PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — There have been some stunning sunsets over Hampton Roads and the Outer Banks this week. Super Doppler 10 Chief Meteorologist Jeff Edmondson highlighted the sunset over Portsmouth on Towercam 10 and the sunset over Cape Charles during Tuesday night’s broadcast.
