VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A driver crashed in the parking lot of a Virginia Beach Walmart Thursday afternoon, suffering what is believed to be a medical emergency.
Virginia Beach police spokeswoman Tonya Pierce said the crash was reported with injuries at the Walmart on Phoenix around 12:15 p.m. Pierce said there were multiple complaints that someone was driving erratically in the parking lot.
It was reported that the driver hit multiple cars.
Police said it is believed to have suffered a medical emergency. There no injuries to bystanders.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
