After a very rainy Saturday, we’ll see a dry Sunday with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Highs will vary a bit, with an east to northeast wind keeping us cooler at the coast. Inland, the wind won’t be as much of a factor so it’ll be mild with temperatures in the low to mid 60s.

Some clouds will build in by late Sunday. Overnight, rain showers will approach the Outer Banks as a coastal low develops. The low will produce scattered showers across the area on Monday, with rain chances increasing through the day. It will also be breezy, especially at the coast.

Monday isn’t the only rain chance this week. Our second rain chance comes late Wedneday into Wednesday night, as another weather system moves in. A few isolated storms could also occur. The higher rain chances will be in the afternoon/evening Wednesday with rain tapering off towards sunrise Thursday.

Hope you have a great Sunday!
