Sunday looks to feature mostly sunny skies and temperatures once again in the low to mid 60s. Dry weather continues through the remainder of the weekend.
We’ll have quiet weather again next week, with low 70s to start the week and mid to upper 70s by Tuesday – up to 80 in some spots. For Election Day Tuesday, the weather looks fantastic with no impacts, so if you haven’t already – get out and vote!
As we head into the later part of the week, temps will cool down a bit as a front approaches. There’s a chance for a few showers, but it depends on how much moisture is present along the front.
In the tropics, we’re keeping an eye on the western Caribbean for some potential of development as we head into next week. This system could move into the Gulf next week, but too early to tell strength/impacts. If it were to moves into the southeast, some of that moisture could move into our area which would be good news overall. We’ll keep an eye on it for late week rain chances.
Elsewhere, in the far northern Atlantic – Subtropical Storm Patty formed early Saturday morning. This system impacted the Azores overnight and is now heading towards Portugal. It is expected to weaken to a post-tropical system as it does so.
Start the countdown! We’re into the last month of Hurricane Season, which ends on November 30th!
Hope you have a great weekend!
