Thunderstorms are expected to develop Thursday evening following a warm and windy day. After 5 pm, thunderstorms should move in from Central Virginia and move across Hampton Roads. Some storms could be strong. The main threat will be for strong wind gusts and heavy rain. Watch the full forecast below:
