“Basketball is my favorite sport. I like the way you dribble up and down the court.” I’m sure we’ve all heard of the song whether it was from Kurtis Blow or for my generation Lil Bow Bow.

This weekend the Harlem Globetrotters will be in town to dribble, dunk, and flip across the court for their Fan Powered World Tour.

“We do different rings throughout the show, throughout the game where we interact with the fans. Maybe bring them onto the court or go into the stands and interact with those guys. It’s just always fun. We have the old tricks, the old jokes which everybody loves, but we have to keep it fresh,” said Harlem Globetrotter Briana Green.

In celebration of their 93rd anniversary, the Globetrotters will bring their jaw-dropping blend of athletic precision and razzle-dazzle showmanship, making it the perfect outing for the whole family.

You can see the Harlem Globetrotters in action at the Ted Constant Center on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday 3 p.m.. Tickets start at $38.
