PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Our studio audience Monday was from the Norfolk Sister City Association, and they stopped by to talk about their 6th Annual PassPORT celebration next week. This will be an exciting chance to experience a trip around the world with Norfolk’s Mermaid City Sister. There will also be a variety of restaurants participating. Plus, new this year is gaming tables for great prizes and raffles chances!
