PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Want to help take a big leap forward toward improving water safety education for the youth in our area? Look no further than the 19th annual Dolphin Run 5K, a race that seeks to benefit the local Bean’s Way Foundation! In this segment, Tara Wheeler chats with the high school students behind the event to learn more about everything the run has to offer.
The Dolphin Run 5K will be held at Ocean Lakes High School in Virginia Beach, with the run itself starting at 9 a.m. with a recommended arrival of 8:20 a.m. Tickets will be $15 to register ahead of time, and $20 at the door.
