PORSTMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The Tidewater Coast Guard Festival is a chance to learn about the mission of our local Coast Guard, see some cool demonstrations and static displays, and have some good family fun. It will be held Friday, Aug. 25 at Chesapeake City Park.
