PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – This week’s “I am Hampton Roads” is using his free time to give free rides to cancer patients who need to get back and forth to appointments and treatment. The American Cancer Society’s “Road to Recovery” program is always looking for people like Jim to make a difference in the lives of those who are fighting to survive.
