PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The 37th Annual Community Forum on Aging will include lunch, workshops and resources for caregivers and seniors. The keynote address will be given by USA Triathlon Hall of Famer Sister Madonna Buder, nicknamed “The Iron Nun”.” At 89 years old, she has 45 Full Ironman Triathlons under her belt and has crossed the finish line at hundreds of other races.
