PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A ceremony was held at Naval Station Norfolk to acknowledge Commander Desmond Walker relieving Captain Scott Rosetti as commanding officer. He takes command of more than 300 sailors serving aboard the USS Stout.
