PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Our adorable Pet Pal of the week is named Hula. She is a 3-year-old mixed hound breed. Her caretakers said that she enjoys playing with other dogs although she can be a bit territorial at home. She also loves toys and enjoys being bundled up at bedtime.
