PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – Just about every kid growing up at the beach or visiting the beach made a sandcastle. But some people take them to the next level and make amazing works of art. The 50th annual Neptune Festival wrapped up over the weekend, but you still can view the amazing works of art at the International Sandsculpting Championship. You can view the art until Sunday.
