PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The residents of Phoebus may have noticed a lot of cameras in their neighborhood and for good reason.
The new feature length film, “The Mardi Gras Man” was being shot this past month. It’s the third local movie for Hampton resident and screenwriter Jesse Sanzo and actor Robert Shepherd, who have tapped into local talent for making local films.
