PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The organization known as ForKids is working daily to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty for families and children here in Hampton Roads.
The Landmark Center provides emergency shelter to families and children and also acts as a community center with an education wing for after-school programs.
