NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk Festevents announced the 2024 Ocean View Beach Park Season of Events. All events are free & open to the public.
Th events include TGOV-themed Friday night series, the Shore Thing Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks, the Ocean View Taste of VA on the Bay and the Big Bands on the Bay concert series on Sundays.
The Big Bands on the Bay concerts started on Sunday, May 26 and continue every Sunday from 7-9 p.m. until Labor Day weekend. The events offer live music and dancing while the sun sets. The final Big Bands performance is on Sunday, Sept. 1 from 6-9 p.m.

On Friday, June 28 the Shore Thing Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks launches the TGOV-themed Friday night events from 6-9:30 p.m. throughout July and August. Expect a variety of family-friendly entertainment including: live music, food trucks, children’s activities and more.
