NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — For the last 27 seasons, thousands have come out to watch baseball at Harbor Park in Norfolk.

Built in 1993, the 12,000-seat stadium has transformed Downtown Norfolk into “THE” place to be in Hampton Roads during baseball season.

Whether it’s snacks and beverages, or the cool fan giveaways, a Norfolk Tides game is a memorable outing for everyone in the entire family.

The Norfolk Tides just kicked off their first homestand last night and will be in town through April 21.
They’re hosting the Mudhens through Sunday, then the Durham Bulls will come on Monday, followed by the Charlotte Knights next Friday.
