Chesapeake City Park
Large park in Chesapeake that includes Fun Forest Children’s Playground, a Dog Park, Skate Park, Outdoor Stage, Horseshoe Courts and more.

Indian River Park
Has a baseball field, play area and girl’s club. The park offers a nearby place to discover adventures on the trails-either walking, hiking or biking. For those who like extreme adventures it has series of trails and jumps for bikes and the BMX communities.

Bluebird Gap Farm

Farm with animals such as horses, cows, pigs, goats, and chickens. Also home to birds of prey, whitetail deer, llamas, alpacas, tortoises, peacocks, rabbits and waterfowl! The park features a covered pavilion with 18 picnic tables and a large charcoal grill.

Buckroe Beach & Park
Bay front park with ¾ mile of clean beach. Kayaks and paddle boats are available for rental. There are three shelters with 2 grills in each, children’s playground, restroom facilities available May 15 through September 15 from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Gosnold’s Hope Park/Hampton BMX Super Track
Features eight picnic facilities, restrooms, a public boat ramp with kayak launch area, a fitness trail, athletic fields that support football, baseball and soccer, and a multi age group children’s playground  and fitness area with special needs accommodations.

Strawberry Plains Community Park
Located in the Strawberry Plains subdivision. The park contains multi-station playground apparatus, a swing set, and several benches. There is also a small open area for children to play kickball, soccer, and even football. This park is open to the public from dawn until dusk.

Located in the Wales subdivision. Provided for use is a multi-station playground equipment and swing set. This park is open to the public from dawn until dusk.
