PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Seawall Art Show returned to Portsmouth Saturday.

Now in its 52nd year, the art show features over 70 artists that have showcased their work all over the country.

Organizers say it is a great place to find one-of-a-kind gifts and signature pieces. During the show, wood carving to oil painting, handwoven clothing to art glass, fine jewelry to pottery and more will be on display.

Additionally, there will be an art competition for 25 local middle school and high school students. The competition will be judged Leslie Mounaime, Curator of Exhibitions and Arts Programming at Tidewater Community College.

The show is open to the public and parking is free. It takes place between Crawford Street and Court Street from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
