PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The Tri-Service Optician School or TOPS held its graduation ceremony for its most recent graduating class in Yorktown. The graduating class was comprised of 15 sailors and soldiers from the U.S. Navy and the Army.
TOPS trains U.S. Army and Navy servicemembers in a rigorous 24-week program, ensuring the military has the technical expertise these opticians bring back to their home units.
