4 arrested after man shot in hand in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Four men from Norfolk have been charged in connection to a shooting Wednesday night on Wilson Road in the Campostella area of the city. 

The shooting happened just before 8 p.m. in the 1700 block of Wilson Road. Police found a man at the scene suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand. He was expected to be OK following the shooting. 


After investigating the incident, police made these arrests: 

Caleb Mourning, 18, of the 300 block of Olney Road, has been charged with felonious assault, conspiracy to commit a felony and use of a firearm in commission of a felony

Karron Dessus, 20, of the 2800 block of Waverly Way, has been charged with felonious assault and three counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Malik Brown, 19, of the 5600 block of Brickell Road, has been charged with felonious assault and three counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.

Treyshon Eason, 21, of the 3400 lock of Trant Avenue, has been charged with felonious assault and three counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.

All four are being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
