NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police are investigating after three men robbed a 7-Eleven store at gunpoint during the overnight hours of Thursday.

Norfolk police said officers were called to a store in the 3200 block of Chesapeake Boulevard around 1 a.m. for a robbery.

A clerk told officers three men armed with guns walked into the store and robbed the store of cash, police said. No injuries were reported.

A similar robbery happened later in the morning at a store on Virginia Beach Boulevard.
