VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Fire-Rescue crews arrived on scene to the 100 block of Coral Gables Court just minutes after receiving a call for an apartment fire at 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
Firefighters located flames in a first story apartment. They were extinguished shortly after. Further investigation revealed another fire located on a second floor apartment. That fire was put out 18 minutes after their arrival, fire officials say.
The second floor apartment’s two occupants are displaced due to the fire, and there were no reported injuries.
