NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — TowneBank is under contract to buy the Norfolk Southern high rise in Downtown Norfolk.
As WAVY NEWS has reported, Norfolk Southern is moving its headquarters to Atlanta.
The TownBank deal is contingent on agreeable parking rates in an adjacent garage.
The matter is expected to come up Tuesday before Norfolk City Council.
