CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WGHP) — Carolina Panthers star defensive lineman Derrick Brown came to terms with the team on a long-term contract extension on Friday.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Brown is signing a 4-year-$96 million deal with $63.165 guaranteed.
Brown was one of the lone bright spots on a dreadful Panthers team last season as he broke the record for most tackles ever recorded in one season by a defensive lineman with 103 last season.
