VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The charges against a teenage boy in connection to the murder of 18-year-old Isaiah D. Martin were nolle prossed in the Virginia Beach Circuit Court on Sept. 5.
Virginia Beach police arrested the teenager, who was 15 years old at the time, on July 20, 2017. He was charged with 2nd degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Martin was found dead on June 23, 2017 in the 1000 block Minneapolis Drive the day before his birthday. Police say they found him with a gunshot wound at Midway Manor Lincoln Military Housing.
Isaac Lecheino Wilson, 20, turned himself in to police in July of 2017. He was charged with conspiracy to commit a felony.
