PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Charges against a suspect in a deadly Portsmouth shooting were dismissed in court this week.
Someone shot and killed Reginald Smith on Dunkirk Street in November of 2018.
Police originally charged 26-year-old Devontae Robinson with second-degree murder.
The charges against Robinson were dismissed on Thursday in Portmsouth General District Court. 10 On Your Side is working to find out why the charges were dismissed.
