NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Southwest Airlines station manager at Norfolk International Airport directed an inbound flight dressed up in a Chewbacca costume on Friday.
The day is unofficially known as “Star Wars Day” thanks to the pun phrase “May the fourth be with you,” created from the series’ classic line, “may the force be with you.” Chewbacca is one of the main characters in the series.
The airport posted a picture of the costume-clad manager, Shaun Harding, to their Facebook.
