ISLE OF WIGHT COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — Firefighters in Isle of Wight County are tackling a large brush fire in the area of Hunt Club Road and Walters Highway.
Dispatchers say the call for the fire came in at 2:47 p.m. No injuries have been reported, and the fire hasn’t spread to any structures at this time.
Fire crews at still at the scene. Lieutenant Tommy Potter with the Isle of Wight Sheriff’s Office says drivers in the area should be cautious.
