PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – The goal of Embrace Home Housing is to help those struggling to rebuild their life one house at a time.
Like many communities, Hampton Roads faces a systemic issue of lack of housing resources and with the rise of housing prices, many are left with financial and mental instability. Cherelle Dawson, the lead housing support coordinator created the Embrace Home Housing program to help provide supportive sober housing and reentry programs for people in Hampton roads.
