NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — IKEA Norfolk is scheduled to host their annual Teacher Appreciation Day on July 23.
This event thanks teachers for their hard work. Teachers will be given an IKEA FRAKTA bag at check in and can receive 10% discount off of everything they can fit inside the bag. The event also includes a free gift for the first 100 teachers, free cinnamon buns and coffee, a scavenger hunt to win a $100 IKEA gift card, etc.
“We are incredibly grateful for the commitment and passion that teachers bring to their classrooms all year long,” Laurens Luiten, IKEA Norfolk Market Manager, said. “This event is our way of saying thank you and giving back to the educators who make such a positive impact in Hampton Roads.”
All local teachers are invited to attend this event. Bring a teacher ID and an IKEA Family card, or sign up for IKEA Family, to participate.
