CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A man has been arrested following a stabbing in Chesapeake that left a man hospitalized.
Saturday around 8:40 p.m. police responded to the 1500 block of Crossways Boulevard for the report of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers found a 40-year-old man suffering from a stab wound. They immediately began to administer first aid until the victim was taken to a local hospital.
An investigation revealed that 26-year-old Taylor Kevon Truss is responsible for the stabbing, according to police.
Truss was arrested and charged with stabbing with malicious intent to victim and convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
