CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A fire damaged a tractor-trailer on Interstate 64 in Chesapeake Wednesday afternoon, the Chesapeake Fire Department said.
The call for the fire came in at 5:19 p.m., and multiple units responded to the scene near the I-64/I-464 interchange.
There was no word on any injuries.
Drivers faced delays due to the vehicle fire on Wednesday, according to VDOT.
The east left shoulder, left lane and center lane has to be closed as a result.
