CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – A juvenile was transported to the hospital after being shot on Saturday evening.
On April 15, police received a call at 6:39 p.m. in reference to a shooting on the 2000 block of Linster Street.

Police say a boy was transported to the hospital and treated for non life-threatening injuries. Police later confirmed with 10 On Your Side that the victim is 17 years old.
