FRANKLIN, Va. (WAVY) — A missing man with mental illness has been reported missing from a group home in Franklin.
He’s 52-year-old Charles Buchanon. Police say he was reported missing on Friday by the Western Tidewater Community Services Board.
He’s described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 170 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair. He was last seen in an orange jacket, black pants and boots.
He’s known to frequent Franklin and the Victory Crossing area of Portsmouth.
