GLOUCESTER, Va. (WAVY) — The 2024 Gloucester Daffodil Festival kicks off on Saturday.
The festival on Main Street in Gloucester runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and from noon until 5 p.m. on Sunday.
This year’s theme is “Everything’s Coming Up Daffodils.”
There will be live music from the “The Rhythm is Going To Get You” show from Miami, more than 200 vendors, a community parade and lots of food.
The crowning of the 2024 Daffodil Festival Queen takes place on Saturday and Little Miss Daffodil will be on Sunday.
Last year’s event rained on the first day, but the forecast is looking clear for both days this year.
