JAMESTOWN, Va. (WAVY) – The James City County Fire Department responded to a house fire Friday morning.
According to officials, the call came in at approximately 7:34 a.m. on Feb. 16 for a fire in the 2500 block of William Tankard Drive in the Landfall at Jamestown subdivision.
Crews arrived and found a significant fire that started in the garage and extended into the living areas of the house.
The fire was brought under control at 8:11 a.m.
Officials said there was extensive fire and smoke damage throughout the house and the occupants have been displaced.
No injuries were reported.
