JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) – James City County Police reached out to the public Tuesday morning for help identifying a person sought in connection to an assault at a restaurant a couple months earlier.
An officer was dispatched to Taco Mexicali on Richmond Road on Feb. 3 in response to a call about a simple assault. The investigation revealed some customers got into a verbal altercation, during which police say someone threw “dining ware” at the victim in this incident.
Police reviewed surveillance footage from the restaurant and obtained an image of the person they believe is responsible.
