GLOUCESTER COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A large-scale operation known as “Operation Riverpark Roundup” in Gloucester targeted drug trafficking.
During the course of the operation, several arrests were made in connection to trafficking narcotics.
On Jan. 16, deputies with GCSO’s Special Operations Unit worked with investigators to
locate and arrest seven offenders that had been indicted by a Gloucester County Grand Jury on
Jan. 7. The individuals were arrested and are being held in the Gloucester County Jail.
The following arrests were made as part of this operation:
- Keri Lucas Arnett, 47 years old of Gloucester Point, charged with 3 counts of distribution of methamphetamines
- James William Doss, Jr., 39 years old of Gloucester, charged with 2 counts of distribution of methamphetamines
- Nicole Adrienne Hedges, 46 years old of Gloucester Point, charged with 3 counts of distribution of methamphetamines
- Howard William Jones, Jr., 38 years old of Gloucester Point, charged with one count of distribution of cocaine on a warrant — not indictment.
- Kyle Andrew Slaughter, 28 years old of Gloucester Point, charged with 3 counts of distribution of methamphetamines
- Alice Virginia West, 39 years old of Gloucester, charged with one count of distribution of methamphetamines
- Christopher Michael Willet, 38 years old of Gloucester Point, charged with 4 counts of distribution of methamphetamines.
Additionally, indictments were issued by the Grand Jury for narcotics violations for the following people, who were already in jail on unrelated charges:
- Regina Gale Adams, 31 years old of Gloucester Point, charged with one count of distribution of methamphetamines
- Aaron Payne Snyder, 30 years old of Gloucester, charged with one count of distribution of methamphetamines
- Felicia Ann Tovar, 37 years old of Gloucester Point, charged with 3 counts of distribution of methamphetamines.
