NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – On Thursday, the Chrysler Museum is honoring Juneteenth with a special Glass After Dark event.

The event is scheduled on Thursday from 8-10 p.m. at the Perry Glass Studio, and will feature hot glass and live music from Richmond punk band Rubber Dagger.

Guest glass artist Adeye Jean-Baptiste, an emerging glass artist whose work focuses on beading, sewing, glassblowing and kiln working, will be in attendance. Jean-Baptiste actively engages in community-oriented initiatives that is beyond her art.

Cost for Museum members is $10, and $20 for non-members. Tickets increase to an additional $10 at the door. To registration, click the link here.
