NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The United States Coast Guard issued a public appeal on Friday, seeking information on the owner of a sailboat found adrift on the Elizabeth River, near the Waterside District.
The following day, the Coast Guard provided an update saying the command center located the owners of the vessel Saturday morning.
They thanked the public for its help and support.
