NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — DHL, the world’s leading provider of international express shipping services, has expanded its operations in Norfolk and surrounding areas with a brand new facility. It’s part of a $7.3 million investment.

The full-service operation center is located at 2551 Almeda Avenue in Norfolk, connecting to local shipyards and the global DHL network.

According to DHL, the center features:

The company says these features will increase processing times and shipment capacity.
